Created by three entrepreneurs who migrated to Europe from Sri Lanka, the company name was formed from a combination of the founders surnames, and Lebara quickly became one of the fastest-growing MVNOs in Europe. Lebara became private equity owned in 2017 and our current owners Waterland acquired the business in Nov 2024. Role Summary: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a passionate team to manage pricing & propositions for a very successful & growing challenger brand, operating in the UK telecoms space. Key responsibilities include developing & rolling out GTM strategy for product launches & updating pricing & propositions catalogue, collecting, analysing and interpreting internal & external data to generate useful insights and help improve customer lifetime value. Responsibilities: 1. Lead the new product launch process by implementing a robust end-to-end go-to- market (GTM) strategy, ensuring the product is well-promoted and accessible across various platforms, including web, app, CRM, and retail stores. 2. You will be responsible for timely updating all pricing and product revisions across all marketing collateral and digital platforms as part of the GTM strategy. 3. Additionally, you will manage systems, tools, and both existing and new models and processes to develop and deliver pricing analyses that support business pricing strategies. 4. You will take ownership of the creation and improvement of pricing processes and tools, maintaining and developing those that empower the marketing team to assess current product positioning and optimize growth and margins. 5. Collaboration with pricing partners is essential to ensure the accurate flow of pricing information, fostering long-lasting relationships. 6. You will also develop reports to monitor and evaluate internal and competitive pricing and margin performance at various levels, including market, customer, and product levels, which will assist in weekly and monthly forecasting. 7. You will play a proactive role in identifying new market opportunities and potential risks stemming from competitive, regulatory, and other internal and external factors. 8. Analysing the impact of pricing changes on financial and sales performance will be part of your responsibilities. 9. You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal customers with inquiries about pricing, as well as the data used to generate proposed pricing, discounts, and terms and conditions. 10. You will work closely with the revenue assurance team to prevent any leakages or fraud resulting from incorrect pricing, ensuring the maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the annual audit. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 1. Bachelors degree 2. Proficient in MS excel and MS Access 3. Proven analytical skills 4. Able to work on time-sensitive price changes with high precision ensuring deadlines are met 5. Attention to detail and ability to remain motivated whilst doing repetitive tasks 6.
