Job Description

Business Presentation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, design, and deliver

    professional, visually compelling presentations

    using PowerPoint for client meetings, proposals, internal reviews, and leadership discussions.
  • Translate complex

    technical and business information

    into clear, concise, and visually engaging slides.
  • Collaborate closely with

    Presales, Sales, Delivery, and Technical teams

    to collect inputs and understand content requirements.
  • Create customized pitch decks, solution overviews, case studies, and technical concept illustrations.
  • Use

    data visualization tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.)

    to extract insights and incorporate them into presentations.
  • Maintain consistent visual identity and branding across all presentation materials.
  • Work under tight deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness of presentation content.
  • Develop reusable templates, icons, and visual assets for ongoing use.
  • Review and enhance existing presentations for clarity, structure, and visual appeal.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field

    .
  • 3–7 years

    of experience in presentation design within the

    IT or technology services

    industry.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills

    (animations, transitions, visual layouts, custom templates, storytelling).
  • Strong understanding of

    IT services, solutions, digital transformation, cloud, infrastructure, application development

    , etc.
  • Ability to grasp and simplify

    technical concepts

    for business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in

    Power BI, Excel, and data-driven storytelling

    is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and creativity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in

    Presales

    , proposal creation, or bid support.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as

    Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator

  • Experience supporting

    CXO-level presentations
