Job Description: We are seeking a charismatic and confident Presentation Specialist to represent our business solutions in front of clients within the real estate and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, informative, and persuasive product presentations that clearly communicate our product’s features, value, and benefits. This role requires a pleasing personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
  • Clearly explain product features, value propositions, and business benefits tailored to the real estate and hospitality industries.
  • Engage clients through confident communication, storytelling, and interactive presentation techniques.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to understand product updates, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Prepare customized presentation materials, including slide decks, product demos, videos, and scripts.
  • Address client questions and objections with professionalism and clarity.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and other events.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams based on client interactions and insights.
  • Maintain a positive, polished, and client-focused demeanor at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Confident personality with the ability to engage and influence audiences.
  • Pleasing and professional appearance and communication style.
  • Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex products or concepts in a simple, engaging manner.
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality (preferred).
  • Strong storytelling and client-handling abilities.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in presentations, client-facing roles, sales support, or product demonstrations.
