As a Shri Educator at The Shri Ram Wonder Years, Gurugram Sector - 37 & 79, your primary role will be to bring excitement and joy into the learning process, ensuring that each child has a positive school experience. Your passion for teaching, ability to connect with students, and dedication to building trusting relationships will be key in creating a happy and supportive environment for all. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the team to achieve the school's common goals. - Uphold and promote the school's culture, mission statement, and core values. - Contribute to monthly planning and curriculum development. - Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and students, catering to individual needs. - Participate in planning and organizing school events and functions. - Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and activities. - Communicate effectively with parents and guardians. - Keep detailed records of children's progress, behavior, and interests. - Engage in personal development sessions for continuous growth. - Prioritize the safety and well-being of all students. - Report any child's illness, extended leave, or family trauma to the Principal and provide necessary support. - Provide a variety of materials and resources to facilitate children's learning and imaginative play. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in a reputable Preschool. - Graduation degree. - NTT/NPTT, Montessori, ECCE certification. Key Skills: - Creativity, patience, and strong interpersonal skills. - Teamwork and collaborative thinking abilities. - Proficiency in planning, organization, classroom management, and time management. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Understanding of child development milestones. - Familiarity with early education curriculum and pedagogy. - Basic knowledge of MS Office and tech-savvy skills.
