Preschool Teacher

Technovalley Future School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment to facilitate the growth and development of young children. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with the school's curriculum and educational objectives. Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where each child feels valued and respected. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration. Observe and assess individual children's progress and development, and provide feedback to parents through regular progress reports and parent-teacher conferences. Promote social and emotional development by teaching essential skills such as problem-solving, conflict resolution, and empathy. Encourage curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking through hands-on exploration, play-based learning, and guided discovery. Support children with diverse learning needs and abilities, and implement individualized accommodations and modifications as necessary. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment that stimulates learning and encourages independence. Stay current with best practices in early childhood education, attend professional development workshops and conferences, and actively participate in ongoing training and professional growth opportunities. Qualification : Bachelor's degree in a related field ( Freshers are encouraged to apply). Proven experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team and build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
