Job Summary Urgently require a Preschool Mother Teacher, Noida Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for developing and implementing appropriate playgroup programs for young children. Provide and develop a safe, welcoming and curiosity-driven environment for the children To be confident to handle children between the age group of 1.5 years to 5.5 years. To have excellent communication skills. Observe each child to assess development and provide individual attention. Assist with basic care routines such as meals, toileting, and hygiene. To make positive relationships with parents and keep them updated on the progress of their child. Uphold and promote the culture, mission statement and core values of the school. To be able to conduct both offline and online classes. Key Skills Residing near the job location is a must. Having Motherhood Experience Smart and Confident Good and engaging personality Love and patience for working with young children Strong communication and observation skills Creativity and enthusiasm Good Art and craft Skills Basic understanding of child development principles Required Experience and Qualifications The candidate must be a graduate.
