Role Overview

2 to 6 years

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and playful learning activities.
Create a welcoming and emotionally safe classroom for children.
Observe each child closely and personalize learning based on their developmental needs.
Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through creative methods.
Collaborate with parents to share updates and insights on children’s progress.
Maintain classroom discipline with empathy, patience, and love.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and overall well-being of every child.
Support school events, celebrations, and theme-based activities.
