Experience in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Montessori teaching method Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development skills Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills Creative approach to teaching, including art, music, and play-based activities Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred, Freshers are welcome Prior experience in a preschool or Montessori environment is an advantage Giving opportunities for Career Break Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Work Location: In person
