Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and design creative communication materials (digital + print). Collaborate with the communications team to create visuals that align with brand tone and messaging. Design for a variety of mediums: social media, campaigns, websites, presentations, reports, and event collaterals. Ensure accessibility standards and inclusive design principles are incorporated across all deliverables. Translate ideas into engaging layouts, infographics, and visual storytelling formats. Stay updated with design trends, especially in inclusive and universal design practices. Required Skills & Expertise Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus). Strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout design. Ability to create inclusive and accessible designs, considering diverse audiences. Excellent eye for detail and ability to transform complex ideas into simple, impactful visuals. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 2-3 years of professional design experience in an creative agency (experience in inclusive design/communication-focused projects is a plus).
