Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver lessons that foster social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth in young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment. Collaborate with parents and guardians to support each child's development. Monitor and document student progress and milestones. Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve conflicts. Maintain a clean and organized classroom. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Teaching certification or licensure as required by state regulations. Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a preschool setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
