Our philosophy is to nurture young minds beyond books, focusing on holistic development of the mind, body, and soul through creative teaching, yoga, STEM activities, art & culture, and joyful exploration.

We are looking for passionate, caring, and creative educators who can bring our vision to life and make learning a meaningful experience for children aged 2–6 years.

Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play, creativity, and exploration.
• Introduce children to yoga, art, storytelling, STEM concepts, and cultural themes as per AIKO’s curriculum.
• Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them involved in their child’s learning journey.
• Encourage independence, problem-solving, and social-emotional skills in children.
• Ensure children’s safety and well-being at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous teaching experience in early childhood education (preferred).
• A love for children and patience to support their individual growth.
• Creativity in teaching methods — using stories, drama, music, movement, and hands-on activities.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to work as part of a team and align with AIKO’s philosophy of holistic learning.
