Preschool Teacher

A PreSchool Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate educational program for preschool aged children. They must create a fun and safe learning environment for their students.

Qualification : BA. English / Montessori Training is added advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that are developmentally appropriate for young children.
• Establish and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment that meets the needs of the children.
• Supervise children’s play activities, both indoors and outdoors, to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Promote physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and language development.
• Monitor children’s progress and provide appropriate guidance, feedback, and instruction.
• Encourage creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain accurate records of children’s attendance, behavior, and learning.
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences and other meetings. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress. Maintain all required certifications, such as CPR and First Aid.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Preschool: 1 year (Preferred)
