About Us: At AIKO Preschool, we believe every child’s learning begins with a scribble — full of curiosity, imagination, and endless possibilities. Our philosophy is to nurture young minds beyond books, focusing on holistic development of the mind, body, and soul through creative teaching, yoga, STEM activities, art & culture, and joyful exploration. We are looking for passionate, caring, and creative educators who can bring our vision to life and make learning a meaningful experience for children aged 2–6 years. Responsibilities: Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play, creativity, and exploration. Introduce children to yoga, art, storytelling, STEM concepts, and cultural themes as per AIKO’s curriculum. Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them involved in their child’s learning journey. Encourage independence, problem-solving, and social-emotional skills in children. Ensure children’s safety and well-being at all times. Requirements: Previous teaching experience in early childhood education (preferred). A love for children and patience to support their individual growth. Creativity in teaching methods — using stories, drama, music, movement, and hands-on activities. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to work as part of a team and align with AIKO’s philosophy of holistic learning. What We Offer: A nurturing and inspiring work environment.
