Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and committed Nursery Coordinator to join our Dibber Preschool in Patna. This is a full-time, on-site role that combines academic coordination and teaching responsibilities. The Nursery Coordinator will not only oversee curriculum planning, classroom quality, and educator support but will also actively take classes to model best teaching practices and engage with children directly. The role requires close collaboration with colleagues, effective communication with parents, and active participation in training sessions to ensure the highest standards of early childhood care and education.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor nursery-level curriculum and daily routines.

• Take active teaching sessions with children to ensure quality classroom engagement.

• Support, guide, and mentor educators to maintain effective teaching practices.

• Build strong communication with parents and address their queries.

• Maintain documentation, lesson planning, and child development reports.

• Contribute to building a positive, inclusive, and nurturing school culture.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.

• Prior experience in teaching/training, preferably in preschool or early childhood education.

• Strong lesson planning, classroom management, and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences.

• Passion for working with young children.
