• Assist the sales team with proposal creation, including technical content, product configurations, and pricing.
• Collaborate with product managers to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information is available for the sales team.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support during the pre-sales phase.

Market and Product Knowledge:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.
• Continuously update knowledge of the company's products and services.
• Share insights and feedback with the product management team to help guide product development and enhancements.
