The role will be responsible to develop and implement the presales strategies for the domains of CPaaS - Voice, to drive business growth and meet revenue targets. The role will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption of our solutions by analysing the customers' use cases and crafting the technocommercial solution. The incumbent will be a market-facing, subject matter expert focused on enterprise customers' unique needs in the domains and be able to demonstrate tangible business benefits to the clients through our solutions propositions.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define and implement pre-sales strategies for CPaaS and industry verticals. Develop value propositions and solution proposals that clearly communicate business benefits.
• Perform market research and analysis to identify new growth opportunities and support revenue targets.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including technical and CSD, to understand offerings and translate them into customized client solutions.
• Lead client presentations and strategic discussions to demonstrate solution alignment with business objectives.
• Manage the creation and delivery of accurate and persuasive proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs, highlighting our strengths and differentiators.
• Ensure customer success and drive wallet share growth within assigned domains and accounts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging technologies in CPaaS and Voice domains.
• Overall 4+ years of experience with 3+ years of prior industry experience as a product sales specialist in an Enterprise CPaaS domain.
• Strong knowledge of the CPaaS market and technical solutions, specifically Voice and its competitive landscape.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-starter with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and deliver in a multi-stakeholder eco-system.
