· Understand client requirements through detailed discovery calls and meetings.
· Prepare and present product demonstrations, technical documentation, and solution proposals.
Create compelling technical presentation and respond to RFPs (Request for Proposal) /RFI (Request for Information).
· Act as a technical advisor during the sales cycle to build client confidence.
· Coordinate with internal product and delivery teams to align client expectations with capabilities.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements.
· Ensure seamless handover to project delivery teams post-deal closure.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-sales or solution architect for international IT markets.
· Proven experience selling to U.S.-based clients.
· Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
· Exceptional presentation, communication, and client engagement skills.
· Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions.
· Experience working with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho) and proposal management tools.
· Technical background (B.Tech/MCA preferred) or strong technical aptitude.
