Job Title: Business Solutions Support / Presales Support / Presales Solutions Support Specialist Location: Chennai Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business solutions support / presales support / presales solutions support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in presales / sales solutions support with the preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP) response documents, RFP response solution documents, creating slides, and developing solutions. The candidate should be able to independently take up tasks and deliver high-quality results in good turn-around time. Key Responsibilities: • Preparation of RFP response / solution documents. • Hands on experience in preparing high quality slides independently. • Create visually compelling slides and presentations for sales pitches. • Develop innovative solutions that meet sales requests. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for RFP responses. • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Requirements: • 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in a similar role. • Proven ability to independently take up tasks and complete them efficiently. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. • Experience in the presales is mandatory .
