Presales Solution Architect- IT Infrastructure

As a Senior Pre-sales Solution Architect for IT Infrastructure, your role will involve leading the development of complex, multi-service, and transformational solutions for clients. You will utilize your expertise in IT services, including Cloud, Data Centers, Digital Workplace Services, and Managed Network Services to design, implement, and deliver end-to-end integrated solutions tailored to meet clients" unique needs and goals. Your responsibilities will include: - Consulting solutioning skills across various IT services domains such as Cloud, Data Centers, Digital Workplace Services, and Managed Network Services. - Providing presales support and designing solutions (Managed services) aligned with client objectives. - Owning and supporting Presales for RFP/RFI/RFQs within IT infrastructure services domain. - Engaging directly with clients to understand their requirements and delivering tailored solutions. - Leading pre-sales activities by creating compelling technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations. - Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize solution design and delivery. - Leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior professionals in solution architecture. - Facilitating workshops with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and drive discussions. - Leading the development of transformational solutions across multiple service towers. - Providing subject matter expertise in Cloud, Data Centers, Digital Workplace, and Managed Network Services. - Collaborating with various teams across the organization to manage key decisions and deliver integrated solutions. - Working closely with clients to ensure proposed solutions exceed expectations. Professional and technical skills required for this role include: Core Competencies: - Deep expertise in Cloud, Data Centers, Digital Workplace Services, and Managed Network Services. - Strong understanding of solution architecture principles and best practices. - Ability to articulate complex business problems and translate them into technical solutions. - Very good understanding of deal construct and commercial models. Certifications (Preferred): Certifications in cloud platforms or relevant areas would be a plus. Experience in Shared Services (Preferred): Exposure to or experience in shared services or platform-based services will be an added advantage. Qualifications: - Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT service architecture, specifically in Cloud, Data Centers, Digital Workplace Services, and Managed Network Services. - Proven track record in delivering end-to-end integrated solutions. - Ability to lead complex solution development across multi-service towers. - Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for technical or engineering-related fields.,
