Job Description

As a Telecaller for residential/commercial real estate, your role involves handling telecalling to qualify leads, engaging with prospective clients, explaining project details, and scheduling site visits. You will be responsible for coordinating and conducting project walk-throughs for clients at the site. It is essential to maintain follow-ups with clients to ensure lead conversion and support sales closures. Collaboration with the sales team is crucial to achieve pre-sales targets. Additionally, you will be required to maintain the lead database (CRM) with accuracy and update client interaction records. Providing market insights and customer feedback to the management team is also part of your responsibilities. Qualifications required for this role include: - 13 years of real estate or construction industry experience in a customer-facing/pre-sales role. - Strong communication and persuasion skills, with proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred. - Ability in telecalling, client engagement, and site visit coordination. - Customer-focused mindset with the capability to build and maintain relationships.
