Roles & Responsibilities: · Provide detailed product and service information to potential clients, addressing their queries via calls, emails, and CRM platforms. · Qualify and process incoming and assigned leads through proactive cold calling and follow-ups. · Understand customer requirements and guide them through the initial stages of the sales or design process. · Schedule meetings, consultations, and coordinate effectively with internal sales and design teams. · Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to track customer interactions, lead status, and sales progress. · Ensure timely and efficient handover of qualified leads to the appropriate sales or design consultants with all necessary background information. · Handle client concerns with professionalism, ensuring quick resolution to enhance customer satisfaction. · Collaborate with internal teams to manage client expectations, improve communication flow, and meet deadlines. · Share lead insights and feedback with sales and marketing teams to help refine strategies and enhance conversion rates. · Work toward monthly targets by converting qualified leads and supporting end-to-end sales closure. Requirements: · 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, client coordination, CRM, or inside sales · Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills · Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail · Ability to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively with different departments Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
