Presales Executive

Job Summary:The Pre-Sales Executive plays a key role in generating and qualifying leads for the sales team. They are responsible for contacting potential customers, providing information about the real estate projects, understanding customer requirements, and scheduling site visits or meetings with the sales team. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients generated through marketing campaigns, web enquiries, references, and other channels. Explain project details, amenities, pricing, location advantages, and answer basic queries. Qualify leads based on budget, preferences, and timeline. Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients with the sales team. Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate information on leads and follow-ups. Send project brochures, emails, and WhatsApp messages to prospects as required. Follow up with leads regularly to nurture interest and move them through the sales funnel. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions. Handle inbound calls and walk-in enquiries when required.
