Telesales Executive

Job Title: Tele Sales Executive (Female) Department: Sales / Business Development Reports to: Sales Manager / Team Leader Job Summary: A Tele Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales through telephone calls to potential and existing customers. The role involves explaining products or services, answering queries, and persuading customers to purchase or upgrade. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with clients. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Maintain a database of customers and update call details. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently. Upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate. Provide detailed product/service information. Work with the sales team to improve processes and outcomes. Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus. Experience: 06–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to persuade and negotiate. Basic computer and CRM software knowledge. Patience, resilience, and problem-solving ability. Fluent in the required English language.    Working Conditions: Office-based or remote (depending on employer). Fixed or rotating shifts (often full-time). May require working on weekends or public holidays (in some industries).
