Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Qualification:Identifying and qualifying potential buyers to ensure they are a good fit for the available properties.
Client Engagement:Interacting with potential clients through various channels (phone, email, in-person) to build rapport and address their inquiries.
Property Information and Presentations:Providing detailed information about real estate projects, including features, pricing, and location, often through presentations and proposals.
Site Visits and Demonstrations:Organizing and conducting site visits to showcase properties and provide a visual experience for potential buyers.
Collaboration with Sales Teams:Working closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to sales, sharing leads and information.
Market Research:Staying up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to effectively position properties.
CRM Management:Maintaining accurate records of client interactions within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Building Relationships:Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential buyers to foster trust and encourage future purchases

Necessary Qualification & Skills set

Graduate / Postgraduate

Ability to effectively communicate property details and address client concerns.

Work Experience

Minimum 2 yrs in the real estate sector

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
