Necessary Qualification & Skills set required Graduation is necessary Strong negotiation skills Knowledge of MS Outlook and MS excel Excellent team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Should be staying in western suburb line or South Mumbai Areas of Responsibility: Handling traveler queries and taking travel requirements Understand client’s requirement and offer packages accordingly Coordinating with operations team. Handling operations/sales for outbound tour enquiries (Understanding of European destination is preferred) Create bookings / reservations for customers, prepare itineraries, tour costing, hotel booking and customization of international / outbound tour packages Providing excellent customer service experiences - Taking care of any customer escalation post booking and helping with appropriate resolution Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹144,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
