We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Presales Executive (Female) to join our real estate team. The role involves managing the initial stage of the sales cycle by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and providing them with accurate project information. The Presales Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining lead databases, scheduling site visits, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth client interaction. She will also play a key role in follow-ups with potential customers, nurturing leads, and ensuring timely responses to queries. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools, and the ability to handle client interactions professionally. Prior experience in presales, customer service, or real estate will be an added advantage. A graduate in any stream with 1–3 years of experience is preferred. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the sales team, gain exposure to the real estate sector, and contribute to the company’s growth while developing a rewarding career.
