Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Executive located in Chennai. The Presales Executive will be responsible for lead qualification from the lead generated by our marketing team, managing & communicating with clients and prospects, and providing exceptional customer service, mainly arranging site visits. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, responding to inquiries, and preparing relevant documentation to support the sales team.

Qualifications

• Lead Qualification and Sales skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience with RFP processes
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Fixing site visits, follow ups until sales closure and after sales service too
