Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pre-Sales Process Telecaller to join our team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating and managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, generating leads, and assisting in the early stages of the sales process. You will play a key role in converting inquiries into potential sales opportunities by engaging with prospects and gathering necessary information. Key Responsibilities:  Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to Radboards products and services.  Handle inbound inquiries, responding to customer queries and providing relevant information.  Qualify leads by gathering relevant customer information, assessing their needs, and identifying potential sales opportunities.  Set appointments for the sales team based on customer interest and requirements.  Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and lead status, in the CRM system.  Provide product information and address customer concerns to ensure high engagement and interest.  Follow up with prospects to ensure customer satisfaction and to nurture potential sales leads.  Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights and feedback regarding lead quality and customer preferences.  Stay updated on Radboards products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with prospects. Key Skills and Qualifications:  Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to engage customers, build rapport, and handle objections.  Goal-oriented with a strong focus on meeting targets and deadlines.  Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.  Basic understanding of Radboards products and services is an advantage. Education and Experience:  High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in sales or telemarketing are a plus.  Prior experience in a telecaller or sales-related role is preferred.
