About Medhavi Skills University:Medhavi Skills University (MSU) is a government-notified private skills university established under a State Act in Sikkim, dedicated to promoting quality skill education and entrepreneurship integrated with higher education. As a pioneering institution in the convergence of the skilling ecosystem with higher education, MSU aligns with the National Education Policy, 2020 (NEP 2020). Recognized by the UGC and established in 2021, MSU collaborates with industries and Skill Development Institutes to offer work-integrated courses, embedding on-the-job internships and training within the curriculum. Role Overview :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients across industry, CSR, and institutional domains.
  • Support sales teams in crafting proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that align with client objectives.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with product and academic teams to customize solutions such as skilling programs, certifications, or integrated training models.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach campaigns and promotional activities with partner needs.
  • Collect and channel client feedback to improve products, services, and partnership outcomes.
  • Assist in the implementation and rollout of programs and solutions, ensuring smooth coordination across stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on workforce development trends, industry needs, and emerging opportunities in education and skilling.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field.
  • 23 years of experience in client acquisition, relationship management, or pre-sales/partnerships.
  • Exposure to industry engagement, CSR, or educational partnerships preferred. ? Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to diverse client requirements.
  • Problem-solving and consultative mindset to understand client needs and translate them into solutions.
