About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-orientated pre-sales to support our client engagement and sales coordination efforts. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the foundations of consultative selling and client communication in a fast-paced marketing environment. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain detailed call records and interaction logs with prospective clients • Use company-provided client data to explain services and offerings clearly • Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and the Marketing Manager • Track and update records of opening meetings, follow-ups, and closure meetings • Ensure timely documentation and CRM updates for all pre-sales activities • Support proposal preparation and assist in client onboarding processes Requirements: • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Basic understanding of marketing and sales workflows • Organized, punctual, and comfortable with data entry and follow-ups • Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn quickly
