Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. If you have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in the real estate industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-focused approach, we want you to help generate leads and assist with property site visits. Key Responsibilities: •Lead Generation: Proactively generate new leads through calls, emails, and other outreach methods. •Client Interaction: Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and provide suitable property options. •Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule property site visits, ensuring smooth follow-up and seamless coordination. •Sales Support: Provide the sales team with client insights to help convert leads into site visits or deals. •CRM Management: Maintain and update client information and track all follow-up actions in the CRM system. •Customer Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with prospective clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust. •Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, property prices, and competitive offerings to offer well-informed advice to clients. •Reporting: Track lead generation, site visits, and client interactions, and report them to the sales team or management. Qualifications & Skills: •Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in real estate or any sales, with a focus on pre-sales or lead generation. •Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. •Customer Service: Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships. •Sales & Negotiation: Basic understanding of sales and negotiation techniques. •Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. Education: HSC/Graduate degree.
