Presales Executive

As a Pre-Sales Executive at Karix in Gurgaon, your role will involve collaborating as a product solution consultant with the Sales team to identify client business requirements and propose relevant product solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and capture technical requirements to define appropriate solutions - Train the sales team and clients on Karix Products and Services - Collaborate with the sales team on client calls and meetings to provide technical solutions - Assess and analyze customer requirements to prepare necessary sales proposals - Manage customer queries during pre-sales and post-sales - Conduct product demonstrations - Evaluate and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, creating proposals, SOWs, and presentations tailored for business and technical teams - Build, manage, and deliver custom solutions - Design and communicate feasible solutions within time and budget constraints - Design functional aspects of customized projects and provide knowledge transfer to the development/product team - Provide guidance to clients during project delivery and assist in conducting UAT - Monitor project status during development, provide necessary assistance to developers, and report to relevant stakeholders on project status Qualifications Required: - B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/M.E qualified - MBA in Information Technology would be an added advantage - 1-2 years of experience in Presales, preferably in the Telecom/SMS/IT Software industry - Extensive experience in successful solution selling and client interactions - Proficiency in writing sales pitches using MS Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Visio, etc) - Proactive on client briefs with strong attention to detail - Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Join Karix for: - Impactful Work: Play a pivotal role in safeguarding Karix's assets, data, and reputation in the industry - Tremendous Growth Opportunities: Be part of a rapidly growing company in the telecom and CPaaS space, with opportunities for professional development - Innovative Environment: Work alongside a world-class team in a challenging and fun environment where innovation is celebrated Karix is an equal opportunity employer, championing diversity and committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.,
