We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Visa Counsellor to join our team. The role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements for overseas opportunities (study, work, or immigration), and guiding them through the initial counselling and application stages. You will be responsible for converting inquiries into potential leads and ensuring a smooth handover to the sales/processing team. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound inquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins, social media). Counsel prospective clients on study visas, work permits, PR, and other immigration services. Assess client eligibility based on country-specific requirements. Explain service offerings, process flow, and visa requirements clearly. Maintain accurate client records and follow up for lead conversion. Schedule appointments and coordinate with the processing team for further documentation. Achieve monthly lead conversion and counselling targets. Stay updated on immigration policies, visa procedures, and country-specific regulations. Requirements Graduate in any discipline (Bachelors degree preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus). Previous experience in sales, counselling, or immigration consultancy preferred. Ability to explain complex information in a simple and clear manner.
