Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Engage inbound leads via calls, emails, and messaging platforms to qualify and schedule appointments.
Identify educator needs and match them with appropriate programs.
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure seamless lead handover to the Sales team.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize lead nurturing and conversion.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment targets.
Continuously improve scripts, messaging, and engagement strategies based on feedback.

Skills & Qualifications:

2 to 4 years of experience in appointment setting, inside sales, lead generation, or tele-sales (preferably in EdTech, B2C education, or career advisory).
Strong command of spoken and written English; excellent communication skills over calls, video calls, and emails.
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Ability to understand client requirements and present solutions persuasively.
