Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Anchor medium to large size, proactive and reactive bids / RFPs.
  • Prepare winning proposals that meet client business needs with attractive value propositions.
  • Manage the response process against RFIs / RFPs and ensure that all the milestones and deliverables meet as per the expectations within the deadlines.
  • Identify inter-dependencies and develop an overall bid project plan with tasks, milestones, deliverables, and associated timelines for proposal preparation activities and tracks.
  • Engage coordinate within the Bid Team (Sales, Practice, Delivery, etc) to help produce deliverables according to the clients expectations within the schedules.
  • Deliver a final approved proposal documents to the Client in accordance with iOPEX business rules and standard processes.
  • Coordinate and plan all client presentations required as part of the bid submission.
  • Provide support in Research and Collateral Development.
