Presales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.
• Convince and schedule clients for site visits.
• Follow up with clients to ensure conversions and closures.
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 5 years of experience in telesales/inside sales (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle objections and build rapport with customers.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
