Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls for real estate inquiries. Connect with potential home buyers, understand their property requirements. Pitch suitable projects based on client needs and preferences. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team. Maintain accurate lead data and follow-ups in CRM. Ensure high lead conversion ratio through consistent follow-up and relationship building. Work closely with the marketing team for campaign feedback and lead quality. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales / telecalling / lead management. Excellent communication and convincing skills. Ability to handle high call volumes and achieve daily targets. Basic knowledge of real estate projects in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai preferred. Self-driven and target-oriented.
