Job Description: Presales Executive (E-commerce & Digital Sales)


Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Presales Executive to manage our online product presence, coordinate with internal teams, and drive customer engagement. The role requires handling website and marketplace listings, coordinating with designers for digital assets, updating customers regularly, and supporting online sales growth.


Key Responsibilities


  • Create and maintain accurate

    website and marketplace product listings

    (images, descriptions, pricing, and specifications).
  • Coordinate with the

    graphic design team

    to develop product creatives, banners, and other promotional materials.
  • Maintain an organised

    digital product catalogue

    and keep records updated.
  • Manage and share

    regular product updates

    with customers through WhatsApp and other communication channels.
  • Monitor and analyse product performance across platforms to suggest improvements for better visibility and sales.
  • Support presales activities, including responding to customer queries and requests for product information.
  • Ensure timely execution of promotional campaigns in line with marketing and sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance product reach and

    increase online sales conversions

Desired Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
  • Prior experience in

    e-commerce sales, presales, or product listing management

    preferred.
  • Strong understanding of online sales platforms and digital marketplaces.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and listing management tools.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal) with customer-centric thinking.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop (added advantage).
  • Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work collaboratively with teams.
