Job Summary:

Tele callers

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on daily operational requirements.
Clearly explain the features, pricing, and benefits of real estate projects as per the company script.
Follow up with leads and convert them into site visits or potential customers.
Maintain a professional tone and ensure customer satisfaction on every call.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions using CRM and internal systems.
Meet daily call targets:
Be well-informed about Punes localities and routes, especially around Pune.
Work in shifts as per business requirements, including weekends and extended hours when needed.

Candidate Requirements:

Education:
Graduate / non-graduate
Experience:
Minimum 6months in a voice process (Tele calling – Domestic/International)
Communication:

Fluent in
English, Hindi, and Marathi
Any additional regional language is a plus

Skill Set:

Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
Results-driven with a persistent approach
Familiarity with CRM systems and telephone tools
Good presentation and time management abilities
Team player with cultural awareness and a professional attitude

Work Conditions:

Fixed Week Off:
Tuesdays (4 days off/month)
Week off preference will not be considered
Flexibility required
for:

Shifts
Shift extensions
Working on weekends
