Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 CTC per month

Artfills Online Learning Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing ed tech platform offering high quality online Kathak and Hindustani Vocal courses. We are expanding our team and looking for a smart, enthusiastic Pre Sales Executive who can manage lead qualification and support our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential learners interested in our online courses.
• Qualify leads and understand customer requirements before passing to the sales/mentorship team.
• Maintain lead records and update CRM on a daily basis.
• Provide course information clearly and confidently to new inquiries.
• Schedule demo sessions and follow up with potential students for closures.
• Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Pre-Sales / Tele calling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and pitch appropriately.
• Basic computer knowledge and comfort with CRM tools.
• Strong follow-up skills and positive attitude.
