Presales Engineer

As a Presales Engineer, you will be responsible for collaborating with sales teams to understand customer needs and propose effective technical solutions. Your role will involve preparing and delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations, as well as assisting in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other client inquiries with detailed proposals. You will also liaise with internal engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and compliance, while staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the business. Qualifications required for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and system integration, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in presales, solution architecture, or related fields is considered a plus.
