We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Engineer to deliver post-sales support, solution implementation, and ongoing technical guidance to enterprise clients. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on implementation skills, and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the solution lifecycle. The Technical Engineer will be responsible for deploying solutions, troubleshooting complex issues, providing technical training, and acting as the primary point of contact for technical escalations. Install, configure, and integrate security solutions in customer environments (on-premises, cloud, or hybrid). Conduct solution rollouts, migrations, and upgrades while ensuring minimal disruption. Develop and deliver technical documentation, configuration guides, and runbooks. Provide timely resolution for customer issues, incidents, and escalations. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems in collaboration with product engineering. Manage support cases, root-cause analysis, and preventive maintenance.
