Job Description

You have significant experience in software testing, quality assurance, or related fields, with a specific focus on pre-sales or consulting roles. Your responsibilities will involve engaging with sales teams and potential clients to comprehend their business challenges, objectives, and technical requirements. You will lead the technical aspects of the pre-sales process by sharing your expert knowledge in testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks. Your key responsibilities include: - Conducting thorough assessments and analysis of client needs to propose suitable solutions that address their pain points. - Delivering hands-on demonstrations of the company's software to showcase how our testing solutions can improve the quality of their applications and delivery processes. - Collaborating with sales and technical teams to create customized testing solutions that align with client-specific requirements. - Developing detailed solution proposals encompassing testing strategies, roadmaps, timelines, and resource needs. - Assisting in drafting and presenting Proof of Concept (PoC) to validate the proposed testing solution and exhibit the product's capabilities. Additionally, you will: - Offer expert-level consultation on various testing methodologies such as functional, regression, performance, security, and automated testing. - Advise clients on optimal practices for establishing testing environments, test case design, execution, and reporting. - Guide clients on incorporating automated testing into their CI/CD pipeline to enhance testing efficiency and speed. - Troubleshoot technical roadblocks or challenges clients encounter during the pre-sales process. You are expected to build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle, acting as a bridge between sales and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment with client expectations. It is crucial to thoroughly understand clients" business and technical requirements to integrate them into the solution design effectively. Moreover, staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new testing methodologies is essential to keep the sales team and clients informed. You will also contribute to developing best practices, whitepapers, and other knowledge-sharing resources for internal teams and clients. Providing feedback to the product and engineering teams for continuous improvement based on client input is also part of your role.,
