Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement & Requirement Analysis

  • Engage with customers to understand business, technical and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct discovery sessions, assessments, and solution workshops to capture current-state

infrastructure, applications, and workloads.

  • Define customer challenges, pain points, and business outcomes.

2. Solution Design & Architecture

  • Design multi-cloud / hybrid cloud architectures including compute, storage, networking, identity,

and security components.

  • Design scalable and resilient Enterprise Network solutions, including LAN, WLAN, and WAN

for customer data centres and campuses.

  • Create migration strategies for workloads (e.g., datacentre, SAP, databases, VMs, or

applications) to cloud platforms.

  • Design DevOps, Data, and AI/ML solution blueprints as part of broader digital transformation

initiatives.

  • Incorporate best practices around security, governance, and cost optimization.

3. Proposal & Documentation

  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, bill of materials (BoM), TCO/ROI analysis, and solution

diagrams.

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and finance teams for pricing and contract support.
  • Develop compelling customer presentations, solution write-ups, and response to RFP/RFI

responses.

4. Technical Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure solution designs adhere to industry standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., RBI,

SEBI, MeitY, ISO 27001).

  • Work with OEMs and hyperscalers to validate solutions technically and commercially.
  • Support internal compliance and audit documentation during large deal submissions.

5. Collaboration & Enablement

  • Partner with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and OEMs (Dell, Cisco, HP, Fortinet, etc.) for

joint solutioning.

  • Partner with internal sales and technical team for joint account planning, solution validation,

and seamless deal closure.

  • Work closely with delivery teams for handover, deployment guidance, and post-sales transition.
  • Conduct knowledge sessions and solution enablement workshops for internal teams.
