Experience: - You must have a minimum of 5-7 years of teaching experience at the Pre-Primary level, including at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management role such as a coordinator, supervisor, or senior teacher. - Experience in addressing the emotional and developmental needs of young children is crucial. - Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum or other early childhood education frameworks and the ability to apply them for young learners are essential.
