Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Premium Acquisition Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire premium customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Job Requirements Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer bases. Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools.
