Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Premier Agency Lead located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Premier Agency Lead will be responsible for managing and developing a team of insurance agents, designing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role includes monitoring agent performance, conducting training sessions, and providing support to enhance sales effectiveness. The Premier Agency Lead will be instrumental in driving growth and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
