Job Description

The Premier Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to acquire high-value business clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the business banking landscape and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business banking sales and a deep knowledge of the industry trends and challenges.


  • A bachelors degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in business banking sales, with a proven track record of success.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.

  • Deep knowledge of the business banking industry, including products, services, and market dynamics.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a track record of building long-lasting client relationships.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems is essential.

  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a results-driven mindset.


  • Lead a team of acquisition specialists and provide strategic direction for business banking sales.

  • Identify and target high-potential business clients, conducting thorough market research and analysis.

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to attract and retain business banking clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless client acquisition process.
