Job Description

Requirement

· 5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with at least 4 years in a pre-sales or client-facing solutioning role.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce core products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical solutions.
Proficiency with Salesforce configuration tools (e.g., Flows, Reports/Dashboards).
Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience collaborating with solution architects and developers to shape proposals and delivery plans
Experience with proposal writing, SOWs, and sales processes.
Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks and basic understanding of Jira or similar tools
Familiarity with integration concepts and AppExchange solutions is a plus.

Desirable

· Salesforce Administrator (required)

· Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Consultant (a plus)

· Salesforce Platform App Builder (a plus)

· Additional cloud certifications (Marketing Cloud, CPQ, etc.) are advantageouslls
