Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential leads.
  • Update leads and follow-ups accurately in the CRM.
  • Assist clients with pre-sales queries and coordinate requirements.
  • Support the sales team in lead conversion and achieving targets.
  • Maintain timely communication with clients to ensure a positive experience.

    Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in pre-sales, lead generation, or client handling in real estate.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems preferred.
  • Energetic, client-focused, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to create a strong first impression and represent the company professionally.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Convincing and negotiation ability.
  • CRM proficiency (preferred).
  • Organizational and time management skills.
